NERIS is working with the Architects and Engineers to determine the necessary filings in order to create an efficient filing strategy. NERIS is also acting as a liaison to the Department of Buildings (DOB) and obtained a project advocate as a point person to guarantee a consistent examination process. NERIS prepared all design applications, coordinated objection response, and will be monitoring and will process all plan approvals, permits, controlled inspections and will obtain all Letters of Completion, as necessary, within the timeframes required by NYCHA. All filings are being streamlined utilizing the DOB HUB software platform.
