At NERIS, we create the opportunity for flow through challenges, awareness, goals, feedback, and by maintaining control over tasks, schedules, and space. The “Flow State” is known for playing a significant role in positivity, self-reward, and happiness.
Buildings contribute 40% of annual GHG emissions. NERIS provides sustainable solutions through building code compliance analysis and permitting for renovations and new construction in compliance with local Energy Code requirements, LEED Certification, and EnergyStar. Recent studies indicate implementation of existing energy efficiency strategies can reduce energy use and GHG emissions 50% by 2050.
Climate change is increasing the frequency and severity of extreme weather events. NERIS facilitates the building of resilient communities through FEMA and HUD Program and Grant Management and Environmental Compliance services. Elevation of buildings and utilities, infrastructure hardening, and drainage improvements reduce the damage these communities will face during future weather events.
Neris is proud to be a trusted community partner not only in Disaster Response but through initiatives to improve day-to-day quality of life for all residents. Affordable Housing, Schools, Recreation Centers, Libraries, safe, reliable, and affordable Public Transportation and Water/Wastewater facilities are at the heart of all sustainable resilient communities.
Meet the people who make the magic happen.
