The NERIS team is working on an airport expansion project within the Greater New York City Area. When complete the project will provide an extension to a new built terminal which includes an exclusive lounge, concourse, concessions, logistics and tenant revenue generating
facilities.

In coordination with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) and client construction advisors, NERIS is responsible for file necessary permits for the design and construction for this project, specifically the Tenant Construction Alteration Process (TCAP) for the PANYNJ.

In addition to expediting services, NERIS has provided National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental review in accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) process. The environmental scope includes review, alternatives, revised action, preparation of agency notification letters, GIS map production, and impact analysis.
